Because there are many Agency members of the Ceiba Network, more volume and premium are generated and driven through the same carrier(s). The increased volume, many times, equates to higher commissions.
4. Higher Contingency Bonus (or the option of having one) :
The Ceiba Network concept allows multiple agencies to work toward common goals. Strength in numbers allows for participation in contingency programs at higher levels. Pooling of premium also allows many Agencies to participate that wouldn't normally have the premium levels to do so.
5. Systems & Processes:
We have a history of developing successful Agencies, and are constantly fine-tuning the systems and pocesses that make those Agencies work. Our team will provide assistance with staffing and training by utilizing the only "how to" handbook in the industry. We don't want to change the things that have made you successful; we merely want to help you continue to improve.

The Ceiba Network has access to a fully trained, professional, and licensed staff of financial service professionals. They can help you develop these value-added services with your choice of involvement levels. The more you wish to be involved, the higher your compensation can become.
